We arrived home last Thursday...I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to China. You and all of your people at Lychee travel did a wonderful job in hosting our trip. Everything went perfect from the time we were met at the PVG airport baggage claim until we were personally escorted to the United Airlines ticket counter for our departure at the PEK airport. Your tour guides, drivers, passenger vans, food arrangements, tour arrangements, hotel arrangements, airline flights, train transport and absolutely everything else was excellent. You couldn't have done any better...

My driver, Mr. Cheng was very cautious and courteous and my interpreter/tour-guide Ms. Angela Liu was extremely knowledgeable about her home town. She was careful to steer me to the best photo opportunities and also point out when we were in crowds and to pay particular attention to my purse. Her English was excellent! And she never seemed to struggle for words. You paired us up wonderfully! Our personalities clicked and we had a grand time... I will be recommending your company to any of my friends wishing to see China!

How nice it was to return home and find a further email from you welcoming us home! I am sorry that it has taken me a few days to write back.

Firstly a very big THANK YOU to and all your Team for a very memorable holiday. We were extremely impressed by the quality, knowledge and excellent English of all the guides provided, with special thanks going to Wendy in Beijing, who kindly got us through Beijing Station and onto the sleeper train and to Lesley in Xian who took us to the Famen Temple and Quinling tomb and managed to organize an extra visit on our last day taking us to the Hanyangling Museum on our way to the airport. This museum we  knew nothing about and should definitely be added to the list. Excellent.

On the tour itself our only comment would be that the trip to see the Terracotta warriors would have been better if not taken straight from the sleeper and we would have preferred day 6 itinerary then and day 5 when we were more rested!

On hotels the Red Wall in Beijing  was adequate only, a bit tired and lacking in quality. However the City Lion International ,as the Prince now calls itself, was excellent. Clean, well presented, with a good restaurant and extremely well situated in the centre.

Thank you also for arranging our flight to Hong Kong where we also had an enjoyable visit.

We certainly would be happy to recommend Lychee Travel  and should we manage to return to China to see more of your beautiful country, will definitely contact you again. Please feel free to publish any of this should you wish.

On a personal note thank you to YOU for your efficient and helpful contact, I shall miss our email conversations!
