Welcome to Shanghai, China's most cosmopolitan city, your professional guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or step out into this amazing city for an adventure on your own.
Day 2 Shanghai (B/L/D)
This morning you will visit the Shanghai Museum which houses large collections of historical items. Then go ahead to the famous Yuyuan Garden an ancient classical garden, and Yuyuan Market. After lunch, visit Bund and Nanjing Road. After dinner you will enjoy a fabulous Acrobatic Show.
Day 3 Shanghai (B/L/-)
After breakfast, you will visit historic Zhujiajiao Ancient Water Town (50 minute drive from Shanghai). At Zhujiajiao, you will walk through Fangsheng Bridge, Beida Street, and the Xi Family Residence. You will feel as though you have stepped back in time. After your trip to this beautiful village, you will be driven back to Shanghai.
Day 4 Shanghai / Yichang (B/L/-)

This morning you will visit Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall, which chronicles Shanghai's past, present and future. Then you will be escorted by our local professional guide to the airport for the flight to Yichang. Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to board on the cruise ship.
Day 5 Yangtze River Cruise (B/L/D)
Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam Site(8:30-10:30am)
Three Gorges Dam: the largest water conservancy project ever undertaken by man and it has been a dream for several generations of Chinese people. The construction of the dam formally began in 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction will be competed in 2009. It will be 2,335 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom. The tourists can get access to the top of the dam and enjoy different kinds of photo opportunities.
Day 6 Yangtze River Cruise (B/L/D)
Shore excursion to Shennong Stream(8:00am-12:30pm)
Shennong Stream is another tributary of the Yangtze River, and its fast-flowing, crystal clear water runs southwards through deep gorges. The stream races past large and small karst caves, flocks of swallows, sheer cliffs, deep gorges, waterfalls, three-colored springs, rapids, the ancient plank path, a suspended coffin in the cliff, groups of ancient tombs and marvelous karst formations.
Day 7 Yangtze River Cruise (B/L/D)
Shore excursion to Shibaozhai (8:30-10:30am)
On this day you will have a shore excursion to visit "Shibaozhai" which is named as “The Pearl of the Yangtze River”. And the optional is to visit the “Fengdu Ghost City”
Day 8 Chongqing / Xian (B/L/-)

Your ship will arrive at Chongqing at around 9:00am. Your local guide will meet you and show you a brief city tour to the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo. After lunch, you will be escorted to the airport for the flight to Xian. Upon arrive in Xian airport, you guide will meet you and escort you the the hotel.
Day 9 Xian (B/L/D)
Begin the day's activity with an once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2,200-year-old Terracotta Warriors of China's first feudal Emperor, Qin Shihuang. On your way back to the city, stop at a mountain village and meet local residents. After lunch, you will visit to Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in 652 A.D. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures which were obtained from India by the eminent monk of Xuanzang.
Day 10 Xian / Beijing (B/L/ )

After breakfast, you will visit Xian Ancient City Wall, which is the most complete city wall survived in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Then take the high speed train to Beijing. Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you and escort you to the hotel.
Day 11 Beijing (B/L/D)
After breakfast, begin the day's activity with a visit to Tian'anmen Square, the largest urban square in the world. Then, move on to the Imperial Palace, also known as the "Forbidden City", the biggest palace complex in the world. In the afternoon, visit Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvest. Enjoy the dinner with a taste of Peking Duck.
Day 12 Beijing (B/L/-)
You will be accompanied by our local professional guide to one of the greatest world heritage sites - the Great Wall, Badaling section in the morning. After lunch, continue to the Sacred Way in the afternoon. Conclude the day tour after seeing the appearance of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) in the distance on the way to the downtown.
Day 13 Beijing (B/L/-)
After a relaxed breakfast at hotel this morning, tour to Summer Palace, one of China's largest and best-preserved imperial gardens. In the afternoon, you will take a ride in rickshaw through some old "Hutongs", lanes or alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan (a compound with houses around a courtyard) where you will visit some family.
Day 14 Beijing / Departure (B/-/-)
