Day 1 Arrival   /  Hongkong

Transfer via: Flight   - By your own arrangement

Welcome to Hong Kong. Your local professional guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you have free time to relax.

Day 2  Hongkong  (B)

Hong Kong TourAfter breakfast, your local guide will pick you up at hotel and accompany you on your tour. The tour will last a time of maximum 5 hours. Hong Kong is a fascinating combination of East and West but it has its own unique and distinctive culture. Your half day tour will take in Victoria Peak, Hong Kong's number one tourist destination. It features the 112 year old Peak Tram and Hong Kong's most unusual building, The Peak Tower. Next stop is Aberdeen Harbor which is home to hundreds of people living on fishing junks. If you would like close up look at this unusual way of life, you can take a sampan ride (US$10-12). Repulse Bay is the last stop today; it is one of Hong Kong's most exclusive residential areas.

Day 3  Hongkong   /  Guilin

Transfer via: Flight   - By our arrangement

After breakfast, your local guide will pick you up at hotel and accompany you on your tour. The tour will last a time of maximum 5 hours. You will visit Wong Tai Sin Temple, Kowloon Walled City Park, Jade Market or Bird Garden or the Avenue of Stars. Take the afternoon flight to Guilin, Upon arrival Guilin, be met & transferred to your hotel.

Day 4  Guilin   /  Yangshuo  (B,L)

Li RiverTransfer via: Boat   - By our arrangement

Today's highlight is cruising down the Li River, which stretches 83 kilometers from Guilin to Yangshuo. The cruise will give you a chance to savor the lovely view of the area's extraordinary limestone peaks. The cruise ends in Yangshuo. Visit local markets. Yangshuo is a charming small town with its main street lined with small hotels, countless souvenir shops and restaurants. Stay overnight in Yangshuo.

Day 5  Yangshuo   /  Guilin   /  Chengdu  (B,L)

Transfer via: Flight   - By our arrangement

Morning cycling around the countryside in Yangshuo to see the local people's life and the beautiful scenery. In the afternoon transfer to the airport for the flight to Chengdu.

Day 6  Chengdu  (L)

Chengdu Panda Base

Be met & picked up at the hotel and drive to Chengdu Panda Base in the morning. The Panda Base is situated in remote mountain in Sichuan Province, over 80% pandas of all the whole world live here. Here people can approach the pandas and take close look and even pet them if desired.

After lunch you will be driven back to Chengdu, to visit the Wenshuyuan Temple. The temple was built in Tang Dynasty and is the largest well-reserved Buddhist temple. As and optional activity you can pay for enjoying a wonderful variety show of "Face changing" and "Flame Spitting Out" of Sichuan Opera.

Day 7  Chengdu   /  Lhasa (B,L)

Transfer via: Flight   - By our arrangement

Be transferred to the airport for the flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival, be met and transfer to the hotel. Plan on taking it slow the rest of the day, so you can adjust to the altitude. Remember to drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep for the long journey ahead.

Day 8  Lhasa  (B)

Tibet Tour

This morning you'll wind your way up through the stunning, awe-inspiring Potala Palace. Built in 637 AD by SongtsenGampo, it was the former winter residence of the Dalai Lamas and is truly a splendor of Eastern architecture. Next, visit the Jokhang Temple, the center of Tibetan Buddhism, also built in the 7th century on the legendary pond of "Wothang." And finish the day by taking a Kora around the Barkhor. Test your bartering skills with the locals in this push-and shove economy.

Day 9  Lhasa  (B,L)

First visit Sera Monastery. It is known as one of the three greatest monasteries of Tibet. As one of the three main monasteries of Lhasa, it is here that the monks "famous daily debates" take place.

And then continue our tour to Norbulingka. Norbulingka means "Jeweled Garden". It was constructed as a summer palace for the Dalai Lama and later served the whole governmental administration.

Then drive to Drepung Monastery. Drepung Monastery the most well-known feature of the monastery is its large white pagodas. The monastery's buildings are centered around them. Every year the Drepung Monastery unravels the largest Thangka in the world on the hill overlooking the monastery.

Day 10  Lhasa   /  Shigatse  (B,L)

Yomdrok Lake

Today you will be driven to Shigatse, cross over the Gangbala pass(4800m), view the pretty Yomdrok Lake, which is the second biggest holy lake in Tibet(water level:4441m) and is one of the four holy lakes of Tibet. On the way, you will visit Karola Glacier.

Day 11  Shigatse   /  Lhasa  (B,L)

After breakfast, drive to Tashilunpo Monastery. Painted in red and white, the buildings in the kloster stand closely together in terraced rows, offering a grand and majestic view. Tashilunpo Kloster represents the Tibetan super architecture art in the Last Tibetan spirit. The Kloster attracts thousands of Buddhists and tourists from domestic and abroad to travel and worship every year.

After lunch at a local restaurant, drive about three hours to Lhasa.

Day 12  Lhasa   /  Xi'an  (B,D)

Transfer via: Flight   - By our arrangement

Transfer to the airport for the flight to Xian. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to the hotel.

Day 13  Xi'an  (B,L)

Xian TourBegin the day's activity with an once-in-a-lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2,200-year-old Terracotta Warriors of China's first feudal Emperor, Qin Shihuang. On your way back to the city, stop at a mountain village and meet local residents. After lunch, you will visit to Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in 652 A.D. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures which were obtained from India by the eminent monk of Xuanzang.

Day 14  Xi'an   /  Beijing  (B,L)

Transfer via: High Speed Train   - By our arrangement

After breakfast, After lunch, you will visit Xian Ancient City Wall, which is the most complete city wall survived in China as well as one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Then take the high speed train to Beijing. Upon arrival, your local guide will meet you and escort you to the hotel.

Day 15  Beijing  (B,L)

Forbidden City

After breakfast, begin the day's activity with a visit to Tian'anmen Square, the largest urban square in the world. Then, move on to the Imperial Palace, also known as the "Forbidden City", the biggest palace complex in the world. In the afternoon, visit Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvest.

Day 16  Beijing  (B,L)

You will be accompanied by our local professional guide to one of the greatest world heritage sites - the Great Wall, Badaling section in the morning. After lunch, continue to Ming Tomb in the afternoon. Conclude the day tour after seeing the appearance of the Bird's Nest (Olympic National Stadium) in the distance on the way to the downtown. The cheering Peking Opera (the national opera) is scheduled as the evening delight after dinner include famous Peking Roast Duck.

Day 17  Beijing   /  Exit  (B,L)

Beijing Tour

Transfer via: Flight   - By your own arrangement

After a relaxed breakfast at hotel this morning, tour to Summer Palace, one of China's largest and best-preserved imperial gardens. In the afternoon, you will take a ride in rickshaw through some old "Hutongs", lanes or alleys formed by lines of Siheyuan (a compound with houses around a courtyard) where you will visit some family. After visiting, take a flight to your sweet home.
