Day 1 Kathmandu / Nyalam

Transfer via: Bus - By our arrangement

Drive from Kathmandu to Kodari (the border between China-Nepal), enjoy the marvelous scenery along the way, the rush green mountains, valleys. After immigration formalities in Zhangmu-2300 m, continue drive to Nyalam-3450m, a picturesque town on the high way.pilgrims on the way

Day 2 Nyalam / Lhatse

Nyalam-Lhatse, Drive from Nyalam to Lhatse, visit magnificent Milarepa's cave en route

Day 3 Lhatse / Shigatse

Lhatse - Shigatse (3900 m.) tour via Sakya

Drive to the second largest city in Tibet, Shigatse. En route, visit Sakya Monastery which is famed as the 'Second Dunhuang', due to its colossal, collection of scriptures, murals and Thangkas. Explore the Shigatse city after arrive.

Day 4 Shigatse / Gyangtse

Shigatse - Gyantse (3950 m.)  After visiting the Tashilimpu Monastery, one of the Six Big Monasteries of Gelugpa (or Yellow Hat Sect) in Tibet, drive to Gyantse with its amazing sights - Khumbum, Palkor Chode Monastery and Gyantse Dzong.Tibet Tour

Day 5 Gyangtse / Lhasa

The highlight of this day is the beautiful turquoise lake, Yamdruk - Tso. After crossing the Kamba- La and the Yarlung (Brahmaputra) River, the journey ends in Lhasa.

Day 6 Lhasa

Lhasa tour, venture to the architectural wonder, massive Potala Palace, marvel the wealth of exquisite halls, temples and courtyards, chambers for worshipping Buddha and chambers, a large number of sculptures, murals, scripture and other valuable cultural relics in it. Drive to one of the three famous monasteries in Lhasa, Sera Monastery in the afternoon. We have chance to enjoy the wonderful debating, walk on the path in the mountain and enjoy the rolling mountains and valleys with blue sky and white clouds around Lhasa city.

Day 7 Lhasa

ThangkaLhasa tour, explore the spiritual center, ancient Barkhor Street and Barkhor Bazaae, weaving through allays are filled with stalls which lined with colorful Tibetan hand art crafts and products. Enter the religious Jokhang Temple; view the devoted pilgrim prostrate around the temple. Excurse to Drepung Monastery in the afternoon, Drepung Monastery is known as the "great three" Gelukpa university monasteries of Tibet.

Day 8 Lhasa / Exit

Transfer via: Bus - By your own arrangement

Every Tuesday & Saturday from May to November; Every Saturday from December to next April
Free time in the morning for you to wander around Lhasa. Take a last, memorable look at the Patala Palace before being transported to the airport at 12:00pm.

1. Tibet Permit

2. All meals as specified in the itinerary. “B” stands for western breakfast * “L” stands for Chinese lunch in a local Chinese restaurant, and “D” stands for Chinese dinner in a local Chinese restaurant. *Exceptions: 1. If the occasional hotel does not offer western breakfast, “B” stands for Chinese breakfast, or 2. If the clients requested Chinese breakfast

3. Entrance fee to scenic spots as listed in the itinerary.

4. Tibetan- English speaking guide

5. Accommodation based on two people sharing one room with twin beds.

6. Air-conditioned van used for transfer to sightseeing

7. Free pick up at see off at airport or trainstation (15:20 Lhasa airport – downtown, 12:00 downtown – Lhasa airport; 20:00 Lhasa train station – downtown, 09:00 downtown-train station)

Price Exclude:

1. Chinese Visa

2. Airfare or train tickets to Lhasa

3. Any meals which are not specified with “B”, “L” or “D”.

4. Personal Expenses: Expenses of a purely personal nature such as laundry, drinks, fax, telephone call, optional activities, sightseeing or meals which are not included in the itinerary.

5. The loss due to the flight delays, landslide debris flow, bad weather or force majeure etc.

6. Gratuities: Tips to guides or drivers. We suggest US$5per day per person according the service you received.


1)Booking at least 11working days prior to the departure day is required as Tibet Permit application must be summited 10 working day in advance to the departure day according to the Tibet Tourism administration.

2) The fixed the pick up time is 15:20 at airport or train station. If requested private pick up extra charge of RMB350 at airport or RMB200 at station, per time.
