Q1. What happens if my plane is early or late arriving? updates all flight arrival times and we arrive when your plane lands, no matter whether you arrive late or early provided we have a correct flight number.

Q2. How much time do I have to meet the driver on my Airport Transfer Reservation? provides 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring customs clearance) of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your driver or call us within 45 minutes (60 minutes for Intl. Arrivals) of your plane landing we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

Q3. Can I instruct the driver to take a scenic route to my hotel from the Airport? Service Airport Transfer rates are based on a point to point transfer and your driver is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If you would prefer the driver use a specific route our hourly rates and minimum will apply, plus applicable fees.

Q4. Where do I meet my driver for pick-up?

The driver will meet you at the Arrival Hall with your name/company on a greeting sign. We will confirm all other pick-up locations at reservation placement.

Q5. What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations are accepted by email () and phone (+86) 773 583-0218 only. Full reservation amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 12 hours before scheduled pick up. 50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick up. Cancellations made in excess of 24 hours will not incur any charge. No shows will be charged the full reservation fare.

Q6. What is your Change Policy? requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot be made with drivers) at least 12 hours prior to pick-up. If, a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will be charged in full for the order.

Q7. Is it possible to place, change or cancel a reservation with my driver?

Q8. How far in advance should I place my reservation?

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. This is especially important if major trade shows are in town.

Q9. Once I have booked my car where do I meet the driver?

Usually our driver will meet you at the exit of arrivals hall at Guilin airport. please look for your Name Sign upon arrival.

Q10. I'm worried about booking online and knowing you don't have my booking?

Don’t worry of your booking. After receiving your reservation information, we will contact you through your email or your phone to confirm your booking as soon as possible.

Q11. What are the Ts&Cs and how important is it for me to read them?

The Ts&Cs refer to the Terms and Conditions which are car renting policy. You must read and agree to.

Q12. Can I cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your renting, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the booking, we will issue a refund to the value of the booking, less non-refundable charges. All bookings cancelled less than 48 hours from the due pick up date and time are non-refundable.

Q13. Why do I have to pay a deposit?

All customers will be required to leave a deposit to make sure that our service goes easy.

Q14. What’s included in my quote?

The quotation of includes the following:

  • On line booking discount
  • Free Cancellation (within 24 hours of booking as long as pickup date is 48 hours in advance)
  • Limited Mileage (100km)
  • Your drivers' surcharge
  • Parking fees
  • Toll fees
  • Vehicle licensing fees

Q15. Are the rental vehicles brand new?

It depends. Not every contract will use a brand new vehicle. However, it is guaranteed that every vehicle is in excellent condition.

Q16. Can I drive the car myself?

No. Only our professional driver may drive your rental car. This is due to insurance policies and safety issues.
